Budget Billing

Budget billing also known as “Average Billing” is a free billing option that averages your monthly consumption from the last 12 months of service and establishes a payment amount for the next 12 months of service. After 12 months, the difference between your Budget Billing amount paid and your actual usage charges is calculated and true-up either credited or charged on your following invoice. Your budget billing will be reevaluated and recalculated each year. You may request to be removed from this billing plan at any time.
